Cynthia is incredible! I felt so fortunate to have someone as warm, knowledgeable, professional, and generous as her as my agent. I was a first-time buyer and buying from out of state. From our first call, Cynthia had my back at every step. She kept me informed, answered every question quickly and checked in with me whenever she felt I needed to be updated, whether it was about the sellers' priorities or news about an inspection. Her expectations for finding us a good quality home made me feel good. She was always encouraging and uplifting through the hard times. Loosing bids aren't fun. She went above and beyond the work hours. She would meet my husband after his 12 hour shifts to look at homes. She was always professional and enthusiastic no matter the time of day. She was very patient with meeting our needs. She kept our standards for looking for homes. She was very knowledgeable and easy to approach with any questions. Cynthia was the most amazing realtor to work with. We looked at a lot of properties in our search for a vacation home near Lake Michigan, and she was always willing and ready to schedule showings for us at the drop of a hat- something that was very important in today’s real estate market. She was amazing with our negotiations, and was even able to recommend the BEST lender for us when our previous lender was being unresponsive on the weekend regarding an updated pre-approval letter. Cynthia was very knowledgeable about the area where we ultimately decided to purchase (South Haven), and was able to give us great advice about the properties we looked at. After we were under contract her level of communication and attention did not waver, and she was always willing to get on a call with any questions or concerns I had. I would and will be recommending Cynthia to anyone looking for a home in the SW Michigan area- especially those who are looking for a second home. I utilized Cynthia as my out of state sales agent. She stayed in touch over a long period of time and we finally listed. I appreciated her earning the listing and staying in touch over the winter. The pictures and drone work was exceptional (hired out and still the best I've seen). The home went under contract fast (days) and we had a long closing period due to lender/title company issues. She stayed on top throughout the process and had a relationship that was very helpful at the end. I know she is available long days and knows when to text, email and call depending on the importance of the situation. She is knowledgeable and capable. I would suggest any buyer or seller spell out what's expected and she will stay on track and get it done. If your home doesn't sell right away, what do you expect her to do? Inspections are critical and you may want her to attend. Cynthia's attendance at the final walk through was important and helpful for all parties. Overall, I would use Cynthia again and have referred her to a family member which is the greatest compliment!
