"We used Cynthia for the sale of my parents' property after the recent death of my father. Cynthia has a very calm demeanor and was so comforting to my mother during this difficult time. We were from out of town and did not know anyone in the area and Cynthia provided us with excellent referrals to get minor repairs completed in a timely manner. Cynthia provided us with updates on a regular basis and when the property was under contract, she couldn't have made it any smoother for my family and we are forever grateful to her."
