Cynthia was extremely responsive with us. She was very quick to provide information. She would also go above our expectations to find out information about the lakes we were looking at. She was great. Cynthia was an excellent broker to work with. She was very responsive with information we requested, usually within an hour. Even in the evening when we were typically looking at houses.

My wife and I were given Cynthia’s contact information from a friend who had only good things to say when we decided to start looking for a larger parcel of land for recreation. I have to say all of my friend’s positivity was well-founded - she was flexible to see properties around our schedule, responsive to any questions we had, was always on time, and even went out of her way to find expired properties that fit our criteria that weren’t in MLS anymore. She spent so many hours trudging through acres of woods with me trying to find the perfect place that fit our budget and vision for what we wanted, and didn’t rush or complain once. We never once felt pushed to do anything outside of our comfort zone. She’s a good person you can trust, and I have no doubt she puts the same amount of effort in for all of her clients.

Cynthia sold our friend's home when no one else could, and especially since this friend has very high standards, that recommendation meant everything to us. Cynthia is really a very professional yet approachable sales person who knows her profession well. Cynthia Trapp sold my house!! She did the marketing and advertising that got the house to the right buyer. When there was feedback that had issues that needed to be addressed she found the resources to get it done with local contractors, tradesmen, and laborers (including her husband!!) promptly and without costing me a fortune. Cynthia did the legwork and made sure it was done to her satisfaction - and mine as well. I had realtors with more experience prior to Cynthia, but she got offers and ultimately the deal done. Cynthia earned her commission.

After using one realtor who had no showings of our home, we hired Cressy &Everett Realty in August, 2017. Their realtor, Cynthia Trapp became our dealer, and told us she would sell our home. She explained our situation well, and was sympathetic to our reluctance to leave a place we had lived in for 41 years. She guided us in the necessary preparations of the house and grounds to make it more marketable. Cynthia made sure that we were advertised on Zillow, and placed pictures of each room on that website. She arranged for many showings, and always kept us informed of the dates and times of showings and told us the results of afterwards. Cynthia sold the home in March, 2018 through another realtor hired by the buyer. She was totally understanding of my wishes to obtain the asking price even though we received a lower bid. Through some negotiating, we were able to reach agreeable terms with the buyer, and the deal wa closed on April 6th. 2018. Due to Cynthia's professionalism, understanding and empathy, I highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about selling their home.
