Adding Color And Curb Appeal
Spring has FINALLY reached us here in Southwest Michigan! As you spend more time outside, are you contemplating any landscaping projects? If you're going to sell your home this year, putting some effort into your yard is a good investment. No matter how appealing your home is on the inside, if the yard looks unappealing, or worse, neglected, potential buyers may decide to not step one foot in the door.

You can provide this by planting flower beds with perennials, decorative grasses, and flowering bushes. These plants will provide color and texture year after year with minimal care.
